Return & Refund Policy
At K & Co., we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Because fragrance products are personal-use items, our return policy varies depending on the type of product purchased.
Decants, Discovery Kits & Couples Kits
All fragrance decants, Discovery Kits, Couples Kits, and other sample-size products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Because these products are filled and prepared specifically for individual orders, we cannot accept them back once they have been shipped or picked up.
We encourage customers to use our smaller sizes and Discovery Kits as an opportunity to experience a fragrance before purchasing a larger quantity or full bottle.
Full Bottles
Unopened and unused full bottles may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the fragrance must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition in which it was received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Fragrances that have been opened, sprayed, altered, or removed from sealed packaging cannot be returned.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error by K & Co.
Damaged, Leaking or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, please contact K & Co. within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
If the problem is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been prepared or shipped. Once a decant or custom kit has been filled, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
